SoulWoven provides free standard shipping to eligible destinations worldwide.

No minimum purchase amount is required unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion.

Certain remote, restricted, military, or unsupported locations may not be serviceable. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund for any amount paid.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after successful payment verification.

Processing may include:

  • Address verification;
  • Product inspection;
  • Packaging;
  • Carrier handover.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Public holidays;

Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

This estimate begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment.

In some locations, tracking updates may be limited between international departure and local carrier acceptance.

5. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages due to:

Separate packages may arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees for split shipments.

6. Shipping Addresses

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless expressly included during checkout, these charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs authorities determine whether fees apply. SoulWoven cannot control or predict customs charges or processing times.

Refusing a package because of customs charges may affect refund eligibility and may result in deductions for non-refundable carrier expenses where permitted by law.

8. Delayed Shipments

A delayed tracking update does not necessarily mean the package has been lost.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Review the tracking details;
  • Confirm that the delivery address is correct;
  • Check for attempted-delivery notices;
  • Ask household members or building staff;
  • Contact the local carrier where appropriate.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact support@soulwoven.website.

9. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates no meaningful movement for an extended period, we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may require additional time. Depending on the outcome, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment;
  • A refund;
  • Store credit;
  • Another reasonable resolution.

An order is not automatically considered lost solely because tracking is temporarily delayed.

10. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the delivery location carefully;
  2. Ask household members, neighbours, building reception, or property management;
  3. Look for a delivery photograph or carrier notice;
  4. Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark parcels delivered before final placement;
  5. Contact the local carrier.

If the package remains unavailable, contact us and we will review the matter.

11. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening it when possible.

Please retain:

  • The original packaging;
  • The shipping label;
  • All product components;
  • Photographs or videos showing the damage.

12. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to the sender when:

  • Delivery is refused;
  • The address is incomplete or incorrect;
  • The recipient is unavailable;
  • Customs charges remain unpaid;
  • The package is not collected from the carrier;
  • Local delivery restrictions apply.

We will review returned packages individually. Reshipment or refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances and any non-refundable carrier charges.

13. Shipping Restrictions

We do not knowingly ship products to locations where delivery would violate applicable laws, sanctions, carrier policies, or product restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders to unsupported or legally restricted destinations.
